When you see a vintage neon sign in front of a place that serves burgers and malts, you know it"s gonna be good. And St. Clair Broiler lives up to those expectations. For over 50 years it has been grilling juicy burgers and blending ice-cold shakes. While its hard to miss with that combination, the open-face turkey sandwich served with mashed potatoes, cranberries, and gravy makes any day Thanksgiving, and it's also hard to pass up the double-layered clubhouse sandwich. Bonus: the Broiler serves beer and wine. Try the sake bloody Mary with your weekend breakfast.

Inside, find all the comforts expected of a Ma and Pa diner: bouncy brown leather booths, historic St. Paul scenes decorating the walls, and a jam caddy.
