Dallas store director Michael Caufield oversees one of three Texas locations belonging to the Sunflower Farmers Market chain, a less-pricey alternative to Whole Foods and Central Market. The mission is much the same: to provide consumers with natural and organic foods for a healthier, more environmentally conscious lifestyle. The produce is fresh.
