Colorful jars of aromatic spices line walls at Spice Station, a retail shop for home chefs and foodies selling unique and rare ingredients such as black truffle salt, lavender flowers, birds eye chile and bee pollen. The mom-and-pop shop offers labeled samples of various spices and stock jars filled with Himalayan pink salt, fleur de sel, salt flakes from Cyprus and an array of flavored sugars.
