Description

Late at night the lounge part of the name kicks in, with live DJs pumping out the sounds. But earlier in the evening and on Sundays at brunch, you can enjoy the pan-Asian small plates of chef Dominic Ainza in a quieter atmosphere. Many of our favorites reflect his Filipino heritage, like grilled pork sisig and bistek. But we also enjoy Mercury's romaine Asian salad, crispy salt-and-pepper bass and tofu, and spicy garlic noodles. Sunday brunch includes Southern fried chicken and waffles, Filipino cured meats such as longanisa sausage and ticino served with eggs, and an array of three-egg scrambles.
