Truly exceptional Hong Kong style Cantonese cuisine, in a glitzy, Hong Kong-style setting in the Sunset District. Though there are pricey dishes (especially on the order-ahead menu), the tariff is actually quite reasonable for such well-executed, fresh fare. Besides the seafood in its name, there's a wide array of excellent meat, fowl, and vegetable dishes (over 150 dishes on the main menu, plus another page of seasonal specialties). Extensive Chinese dim sum menu, featuring 14 different teas.
