Brett Morris runs the former hot-dog cart that has been converted to almost-all solar power, but still uses propane for its grill. Although he still serves one-buck dogs, he's expanded the offerings to include his "famous" burgers. And how did they become famous? Whenever Morris cooked for friends, they raved about them -- and that was enough to inspire this new enterprise. Although Morris's fare isn't as trendy as what's being cooked up in other gourmet trucks and carts now cruising town, his burgers are good, solid fare with a few twists.
