Description

This impressive Scottsdale venture raises the bar for Thai food in the Valley, from the elegant presentations, to the complex flavors (for example, there's the unusual blend of sweet, savory, and tangy in the miang kum, fresh mustard leaves wrapped around roasted coconut, prawns, herbs, and bits of pomelo), to the chic atmosphere (Wendell Burnette Architects gave this cavernous strip mall unit a gorgeous modern makeover). Owned by the Siri Group (which has four Thai restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area, including the original Soi 4 in Oakland), Soi 4 serves up scrumptious fare with sophisticated urban flair.
