Chef/restaurateur Johnny Chu has given Central Phoenix several fine restaurants over the years, from Lucky Dragon to Fate to Sens. He's topped himself with the chic and flashy SoChu House, where Chu again wows with his Asian tapas-style dining in a very see-and-be-seen urbane environment. Make sure to try the ginger mint duck salad and Chu's hot-and-sour soup. On weekend nights, a DJ usually takes over the sound system and SoChu turns into an upscale drinking, dancing, and dining nightclub.
