Established by former corporate drone Chris Dahlander, this joint aims to man-up salads as a cure to the fast-food lunches frequented by desk jockeys. Sure, you can munch on the usual rabbit food -- Cobb, chef's, garden -- but you can also order the Mexican, which includes applewood-smoked bacon, jalapeño, Monterey Jack, chicken, tortilla strips and the zesty South Texas Salsa or Chipotle Ranch dressing.
