Description

Slowfish operates with the Slow Food Movement philosophy. Its name is a not-so-subtle hint of the fact. But the restaurant chooses not to over-proselytize. Instead, it relies on its food to do the talking. It's most attractive spokesperson is a dish called "Famous Fat Avo"-surgically thin slices of avocado wrapped like a cocoon around a creamy center of albacore tuna.
