A dandy DJ bar with grand, high ceilings - which must have looked even grander when smokers reigned supreme in our nightlife - though nowadays the cigarette smokers lounge around on the 16th Street sidewalk while the sound of DJs spinning hip-hop, funk, and reggae emanates from within. Bonus for broke music and cocktail fans: There's never a cover charge.
