Skooby's is something of a tourist destination on busy Hollywood Boulevard. The small stand, with a few stools and tables out front, claims to make the best hot dogs in Hollywood, the best fries in Los Angeles, and the best lemonade in California. In any case, they serve dogs, fries, and cheesesteaks with fixings.
