Skillet's most recent location has taken a few of their comfort food classics and set up shop in the heart of Seattle, mixing in new additions as well. Their famed $12 splurge burger is still there, or you can go for the toned down $10 version with blue cheese and bacon jam. Other menu samples include house-made biscuits with sage gravy, and, for your sweet tooth, “pie in a bowl” with chocolate pudding, pie crust, sea salt, and cocoa nibs. With an open floor plan,
bar stool seating, and metal accents, the hip, industrial vibe at Skillet's other locations translates well to the Counter and promises to be a hit with Center House diners.
