CLOSED The specialty at this tiny artisanal shop is gelato-style ice cream, slow-churned from Straus organic milk (no egg yolks, no cream, hence low butterfat). Every day there are about a dozen different flavors of ice cream on offer, as well as several sorbets and granitas. (We love the espresso granita and the caramel and Earl Grey ice creams.) Also available: hot chocolate with cocoa-nib marshmallows, plus hot cider. A popular stop after a meal on bustling Fourth Street, or for grabbing a cone and window-shopping.
