You have to love a place that specializes in not one or many items -- but two things, particularly when those two things are sandwiches and pie. This small, cozy West Hollywood shop does those two things very well, and with creativity. Not just Italian meatloaf sandwiches, but vegan po' boys. As for pies, if not coconut cream, then key lime -- or mud pie or salted caramel. We like the general idea of a Po' Boy sandwich, typically interpreted as fried seafood on a French roll.
