Silver Clouds has karaoke most nights: When the bar is open Tuesday through Sunday, you can take your turn on the mic from 9:30 pm on. The stage is set up with a disco ball and a wall of Christmas lights, and your performance is broadcast to the entire bar via flat-screen TV. It's also a large sports bar with no shortage of seating, though you can brave the S.F. air on the well-sized smoking patio out back. Standard bar food like burgers or calamari help soak up the strong $6 mixed drinks. Beware: weekends are packed. If you want to sing Neil Diamond's greatest hits uninterrupted, go on a weeknight.
