With fewer than 20 entrées to choose from, Siam Taste of Asia may not strike the Thai enthusiast as much of an adventure. However, it is one of the best in Orange County. The nice old lady who mans the restaurant spoils her customers, both in service and taste. The delicious breaded sea bass fillet covered with chile peppers and green curry is sweet, spice and savory all at once. Before you start on the entrées, order the fried tofu, which is flash-fried to be crispy and crunchy on the outside but melty and soft inside. Though this place is so small you may be one of the only diners on your visit, the solitude is nothing when you taste the food.
