Description

Located in the sweet spot between River Oaks, The Heights, downtown and the Galleria area, Shuck Daddy's has a large patio, friendly bartenders and a full bar. The seafood-heavy menu features Cajun, Mexican and traditional American flavors; you'll find most items are shelled, shucked or scaled before being fried, steamed or sautéed. Raw oysters and boiled crawfish are popular when they're in season. For the happy hour crowd, there are daily specials from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with cheap drinks, tacos and oysters included. The ambiance is more seaside than upscale; feel free to show up in shorts and flip-flops.
