Ignore the sterile, brightly lit corridor of office suites that must be traversed to reach the entrance to Shea's Lounge. This narrow, low-lit cavern adjacent to big sister Chez Shea offers a grand, arched view of Elliott Bay and a hushed atmosphere. Sticking just to the appetizers is tempting-the soup, salads, pizzas, and crostini are tasty and elegant-yet going full bore is better. Try the duck paté with violet mustard or cassoulet if you're up for something hearty. Desserts and a fine list of dessert wines offer an incentive to linger awhile before facing the harsh tints of the real world.
