Shanghai Chinese Restaurant is a family-owned and -operated restaurant that cooks up traditional foods and also the classic Americanized dishes. The salted pork spareribs are a house specialty, and the shrimp and pork dumplings in soup are some of the best in the area. Be sure to have some lo mein while you're here, because it doesn't get any fresher. This place is B.Y.O.B., but there are many colorful Asian markets offering beer in the nearby strip malls.
