Description

The sign says shabu, but there's nothing especially Japanese about the hot pot experience here. The restaurant -- which has hours as limited as its menu -- serves up seasoned broths and dumplings, in the Chinese hot pot tradition. Unfortunately, the broths don't measure up to the soups available at more traditional hot pot joints.
