Danza di Limone is ethereal lemon ice cream with almond slivers. Pavarotti is an inspired combination of caramel, banana, and chocolate chip. Chocolate amaretto, raspberry chocolate chip, passionfruit sorbet: Each flavor at Sebastian Joe's reflects ambition and sophistication, and each cone is a frozen swoon. There's also a full coffee bar, a counter full of baked goods, and a menu offering shakes, floats, waffle cones--in short, everything.

This has been my favorite ice cream place for at least 15 years. The best flavors of ice cream in the Twin Cities. I recommend the Pavarotti, Oreo, Raspberry Chocolate Chip, Key Lime, or Mango. Not the best waffle cones, but the ice cream makes up for it. And they're open late! Bonus.
