Description

Seattle Weekly's Description

For visitors, Von's is the Roosevelt Hotel restaurant, but for locals, it's the home of the big martini. They flow freely here, with $3.50 doubles at all hours. Dinner and pub menus feature lots of red meat and appetizers. Stick with the basics: Their burgers, smaller than the menu would have you believe, are accompanied by sauteed onions and a tangy special sauce.
