Description

Seattle Weekly's Description

Despite its middle name, this is no white-tablecloth restaurant. But at its core, the term "gourmet" truly refers to taste, and here the moniker rings true from bite one. Tubs delivers what many delis take for granted: flavor, and plenty of it. This modest sandwich shop has an undeniably unique and extensive menu that serves made-to-order sandwiches on bread baked fresh daily. Stuffing ham, turkey, roast beef, bacon, and cheddar into a toasted bun with all the toppings? Brilliance-also known as the Tokyo Club. Dunk your sub into one of the little styrofoam wells of house barbecue sauce and proceed directly to sandwich heaven.

If you like spicy go for the firecracker. It's great.

Godfather or Firecracker, decisions, decisions. Get 'em both!
