Seattle Weekly's Description

Getting a cupcake right is tricky. Some places have delicious, moist cake, but the frosting falls flat. Others have delicious and inventive toppings, but you practically have to eat them with a spoon as they disintegrate between your fingers. Not at Trophy Cupcakes, with locations in Wallingford, the University District and Bellevue. Here the frosting perfectly matches the cake it tops--whether it's meringue on yam or a chocolate standard. Recommended serving: two (minimum).
