Seattle Weekly's Description

If you're in Woodinville, consider the little restaurant across the lane from Willows Lodge. Chef Bobby Moore has high ambitions for the place, noticeable even at lunch: His hamburgers are made with Kobe beef, his scallops dusted with hazelnuts. Dinner is less distinctive, but you won't find prawns sautéed in Grand Marnier just anywhere, and the pancetta-wrapped Alaskan halibut with cornbread pudding is very good.

Tips from foursquare

  • The Seattle Times on 06/04/10

The style of cooking — simple, almost rustic, yet decidedly polished — suits the restaurant's classy but casual mountain-lodge-like setting better than the fussier French fare of the predecessor.

    get the prawns appetizer!

  • Indira on 03/24/12

Stay away from their brunches: service is veeeery slow, food is mediocre and expensive. Though, dinners are amazing .

For lunch - try Pan Seared Sea Scallopsw/ Carrot Risotto, Mixed Mushrooms, Asparagus, Pancetta, Shaved Shallots, Ginger-Mirin Drizzle

Sweet potato fries are a must.
