Description

Seattle Weekly's Description

The special at Thai Ginger, with locations in Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah and Downtown and Madison Park in Seattle, is a must-try for ginger lovers, containing ginger strips sautéed in a dark sauce with onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and chicken or beef. For appetizers, try the coconut-milk-marinated chicken satay or the tom kah gai. Good entrées include the cashew chicken or a bowl of good old red curry.
