Seattle Weekly's Description

This enterprising operation offers the authentic approach used so successfully by many a mobile kitchen. The ingredients are fresh, the seasonings vibrant, and the prices are dirt cheap. Try the mulitas -- a corn tortilla version of a quesadilla, or the perfect posole, which is sure to warm up even the gloomiest gray day. The condiment bar's just the cherry on top of this cheery taco shop.

Come on Friday and Saturday for the posole!

The Mulitas. With shredded beef or chopped beef. So good.
