Description

Seattle Weekly's Description

As humble and unpretentious as its name, this Madison Park favorite, located just a couple blocks from the beach, draws a steady crowd of regulars, who love to spend late nights relaxing in the cushy leather couches that surround the blazing stone fireplace. The TV is tuned to sports, a pool table sits in the back, popular brews like Mac & Jack's are on tap, and pub eats like pizza and sandwiches are in high rotation.

Fireplace, pear cider. This place is blue collar in a white collar 'hood. All locals. Roll deep in tank tops and flip flops in summer.

Surprisingly good karaoke on Saturday nights, MC's by a Sammy Hagar look-alike, and Benny the Bartender is awesome.

I don't think either restroom has locks. Consider it part of the charm.
