Seattle Weekly's Description
Pasta Freska in Westlake seems like it was opened by somebody who REALLY REALLY REALLY wanted to open an Olive Garden but couldn't afford the franchise fee. Olive Garden is widely considered the lamest restaurant in the world, suitable only for the mildly retarded and also for Sarah Palin supporters. So why would you want to emulate Olive Garden? I don't fucking know, but Pasta Freska sure as fuck does it.The lettuce in the Greek salad was fresh tasting, but the tomatoes were LAME. Penne pasta with Bolognese sauce was fine, if uninspired. And chicken cacciatore was dry, which is too damn bad because in my experience the dark meat on a chicken is so hard to fuck up it practically cooks itself. Pasta Freska isn't as terrible as its mentor the Olive Garden. However, they clearly aren't trying hard enough, so fuck them.

Awesome! There's no menu, the owner just brings food based on what you like. Love it!
Come hungry and leave happy!
If you love genuine italian and are adventurous this is the place for you! Mike Horri is an exquisite chef and the owner of this little gem on Westlake Ave
Delightful evening, feels like a supper club. There is no menu, and the chef brings you 5-6 courses after asking you what you do/don't like. A great place to linger over a long meal.
I can't say enough great things about things about this place!! Everything was over the top amazing!!!! The chef is so nice and friendly!! Love this place!!!!
