Description

Seattle Weekly's Description

In a perfect world, every neighborhood would have a cozy Italian restaurant to call its own. Palermo is homey enough with the food, though it doesn't exude an especially friendly vibe. Linguini tossed with prawns in a lemony cream sauce is rich in flavor without sinking like a brick in your stomach, a friend of ours swears by the chicken parm sandwich, and ranch is among your salad-dressing choices. This is an easygoing Italian-American place in Capitol Hill's most laid-back dining district, the kind of place you only visit when—you guessed it—you're already in the neighborhood.

The restaurant owner was SO nice. She offered us a slice of tiramisu. Great linguini special btw.

Come here on a Monday or Tuesday for $2.50 pints! There's also free Wi-Fi! :) The wifi password is the phone number: 2063223875

The Provencale pizza is amazing. AND it's vegetarian. Give it a shot.

  • Yazz A. on 01/02/10

If your friends are vegetarian they should be happy with the selection. If your into meat goodness you too will be happy

  • Alp B. on 10/30/13

Great pizza here. At least take a small one to share.
