Description

Seattle Weekly's Description

With a rocking jukebox, wall full of pull tabs, and free pool surrounded by a semi-mystic woodsy mural, the Old 5th Avenue is a signature Maple Leaf neighborhood dive. Overseen by a mixture of grizzled regulars and younger locals, the 5th will reliably fill your need for cold, cheap beer. Though it's still called a tavern, you can supplement your buzz with a little help from the liquor bar. And when they say Taco Tuesday, they mean it - 50 cents each, prepped for you right behind the bar.

Play Pull Tabs for shots...trust me, everyone is a winner. :)

Go to the Old Fifth Avenue Tavern on Mondays and order whatever John, the bartender, and his wife, Anita, made in their crockpot. Always homemade from scratch!
