Seattle Weekly's Description

Three guesses as to the focus of this pan-Asian restaurant, a mainstay with Belltowners who prioritize the cheap, the filling, and the open late. Only the biggest eaters will want to start with an appetizer of satay or crunchy, spicy Laotian cucumber salad. Sure, the noodles are designed for white people, but they're tasty representatives of their genre: Singapore noodles stir-fried with chicken (or tofu, shrimp, or beef) and mushrooms in a peanuty sauce. Veggie udon and tofu in a flavorful broth souped up (ha) with nutty fried shallots. And for the noodle-phobic, a green curry with potatoes, broccoli, and an intense puddle of sauce over rice.

    Sloppy Jane and Super Mario are veggie burgers -- deeeeee-Licious!!! Try either with fries and a nice draft beer. Ingredients are fresh just like Noodle Ranch. Very pleasant surprise. Love Dope Burger

    Ask for your burger to be substituted with avocado fries instead of a bun. Crazy but delicious.
