Seattle Weekly's Description
This decades-old Seattle institution inhabits three floors in the heart of Pike Place Market. Seafood dominates the large menu: Northwest seafood chopped salad, Albacore tuna melt, seafood combo platter. Lowell's probably appeals most to big-portion lovers who like fries with their sandwiches and aren't too picky about seasonings (or lack thereof). But it's fast and has great views of Elliott Bay.

Best breakfast in Seattle
View alone is worth the visit.
Enjoy the Breakfast Combo or the Market Breakfast while watching the ferrys, cruise ships, and other boats go in an out of Elliott Bay
Third floor! Order downstairs and they'll deliver. Great view. Classic market.
Make it for breakfast (before 11am) and get the dungenous crab omelette!
