Seattle Weekly's Description
Urbanspoon lists well over 200 sushi joints in Seattle and the surrounding 'burbs. With so much competition, these restaurants tend to microspecialize. One has the best salmon nigiri, but the tuna leaves something to be desired. Another might feature inventive appetizers, but serve bland rolls. Hana, however, is the best all-around achiever. The salmon is tender, the tuna fresh and fatty, and the rolls filled with flavor. It's not the absolute best at any individual sushi item, but being solid across the board is important, especially when you're eating out with friends and their varied tastes. Add to that Hana's well-deserved reputation for outstanding service and affordability, and you've found yourself sushi heaven.
