Seattle Weekly's Description

The pork belly bun-as-bar snack has sprinted from being a novelty to a local cliché, but its ubiquity only underscores why Chino's gua bao deserves a spot on our list of 100 Favorite Dishes. The Capitol Hill bar revised its menu to emphasize its Mexican leanings and give guests more entree-sized options, but here's hoping there aren't any changes made to this small Asian plate.
