Description

Seattle Weekly's Description

Ladro has achieved small-chain status, whatever you may think of that. People love their espresso-made from excellent, fairly traded organic Tony's Coffee beans-and desserts, such as berry pies and a superlative carrot cake, are all baked at their West Seattle outlet.

Tips from foursquare

  • Jared P. on 12/24/09

Adirondack chairs on a sunny morning are not to be missed. Sit back and meet the neighborhood crowd. Free dogs treats are usually at the counter. Grab one for your pup if you have one in tow.

  • Danielle N. on 08/09/10

Must do on any seattle morning.

  • Food & Wine on 04/25/11

The beans here are roasted in the lighter Northern Italian style.

  • Daniel on 02/06/13

Finally some new couches! Long overdue!

  • Adrian K. on 05/16/11

Excellent coffee and wonderful baked goods with a homey neighborhood feel. (via Scoville)
