Seattle Weekly's Description

Just a block east of the Richard Hugo House on Capitol Hill, Cafe Argento might be the friendliest coffee shop in Seattle. The effusive owner-slash-barista, Faizel Kahn, has built a huge following not only with his well-made drinks, but also his made-from-scratch soups sold at bargain prices. A large cup is $4 and that includes a toasted bagel. Sandwiches and baked goodies are also available. There's plenty of comfy seating and a chill vibe. There's free WiFi and usually plenty of printed material to read too, as magazines and newspapers are often left behind by patrons.

Closes at 5pm on weekdays, and 2pm on weekends. Very supportive of Hugo House and its students.
