Seattle Weekly's Description

Somewhere between Madrid and Mexico is Cactus, Madison Park's homage to Latin cuisine. Tapas are inventive and numerous, but Cactus excels in entrées as well. The chorizo-filled chimayo enchilada and tamales are standouts, and even the Navajo torta, done with delicious Indian fry bread instead of tortillas, is enticing. The margaritas are delicious.

This is a very well run restaurant with the best Mexican food in town and way above normal service. Get the steak tacos!

Sometimes I dream about the Butternut Squash Enchiladas. Squash. Toasted pumpkin seeds. Mexican. It's heaven really!

Get a hibiscus chi-chi. They taste like vacation.
