Description

Seattle Weekly's Description

The hard-working chef-owner of Budapest Bistro spends 14 hours a day at this charming Hungarian restaurant, and extends her stay past 3 a.m. on sausage-making nights. Her dedication is apparent in every plate of schnitzel and sauerkraut stew. The wonderful food here is so authentic that it routinely draws nostalgic tears from Eastern European expats, and has helped make this ethnic Lynnwood bistro the default meeting spot for the Austria Club of Washington.
