Description

Seattle Weekly's Description

The Brown Bag only serves breakfast and lunch; maybe that's because a single meal here leaves you no room for dinner. Freshly picked flowers and tattered tablecloths keep things charming and quaint. This is a place to kick back while you devour home-cooked hash browns and perhaps a tasty Mexican omelet filled with cheese, ground beef, and veggies and topped with sour cream. For lunch, the chicken San Antonio is a winner. When you have to undo your belt and the top button of your jeans, the name Brown Bag Cafe explains itself: You'll probably need a bag for your leftovers.

Best breakfast in town hands down!!! People waiting out the door on the weekend

If you are doing breakfast, you can never go wrong with the BIG MIKE! The potatoes are so good and the pancakes are huge! good stuff.

  • Keith O. on 06/13/10

Off menu - try the California Omlette - turkey, cheddar, tomatos, avacados, salsa- awsome.

  • Carmichael P. on 12/19/10

On a Sunday, you should probably call in an order to go and enjoy your food in the comfort of your own home. It gets SUPER busy if you don't get in early.

Have to agree, the corned beef hash is amazing.
