The seventh restaurant in the tasty Tom Douglas empire, Seatown continues Mr. D's mission to dish up delicious food with gracious service. Belly up to the breakfast counter to check out McMuffin-like sandwiches that showcase porchetta, sable fish or feta cheese and Billy's juicy tomatoes. When the lunch and dinner hours roll around, there's sandwiches and an assortment of smoked and cured seafood, but the menu changes often, reflecting the seasons. Next door, the rotisserie rocks, cranking out pancetta-wrapped rabbit, ancho-spiced goat, sage turkey thighs and rib roasts, served on different days of the week. There's also a daily pot pie special and assorted sides, including cheese grits made rich by Beecher's jack. The outdoor tables offer the best sidewalk dining in the Pike Place Market neighborhood.
