Don't be scared: Jax Wong's Asian fusion restaurant Se7en has no affiliation with the gritty David Fincher film of the same name. Instead of finding a horror flick, patrons are met at the entrance by a full-length bar, televisions and a fish tank stocked with exotic species that separate the dining area from the bar. Se7en is leveraging its name in a different way, offering a choice of seven entrees -- ranging from traditional Chinese noodle plates to unique twists on standard American fare (the Inside-Out Bacon Cheeseburger or the Cobby Bastard Salad, for example). Every day, one entree item falls off the menu and is replaced by another, which means that every seven days, Se7en has an entirely new menu. Wong also invites local artists to put their works up for sale on his walls -- which is a lot more inviting than encountering Gwyneth Paltrow's head in a box.
