It's been here forever, and people come from miles around for the delicious sausage varieties at Schreiner's. Most of these spicy, traditional family recipes were brought over from Germany, but the Schreiners also offer regional favorites from Portugal, Spain, England, Poland and Mexico. Health-conscious consumers can dine on low-fat chicken and turkey links in a variety of flavors, and no matter what you order, only the finest ingredients are used and all meat is hand-boned, ground and stuffed into natural casings and naturally hickory smoked.
