Description

From the team behind Café Ventana and the reborn Chuy Arzola's comes a tapas bar with more Spanish influence than most such local restaurants. Chef Chris Lee offers small plates that range from simple pleasures, such as cornbread studded with jalapeños and slathered with honey butter to grilled lamb chops served with a sophisticated Bosc pear-pine nut salsa. "Wicked Good Shrimp" lives up to its name thanks to a garlicky, peppery tomato sauce that you will sop up with bread. Drinks from mixologist Matt Seiter touch upon both hip cocktails and the timeless pleasure of a great margarita.

    Sanctuaria does have GREAT decor but the tapas and cocktails is what I go there for! The menu says that everything is made fresh and I believe it. I even saw the bartender juicing carrots for their drink special that evening! Next time I go is going to be for Happy Hour to get half off select tapas!

    Great tapas and a unique atmosphere. They have some of the most unique artwork I've ever seen on Restaurant walls. Good patio too!
