Description

This spacious Inner Sunset venue serves up a lengthy menu of Chinese classics, but the noodles and dumplings -- especially the shrimp-chive dumplings with ginger and juicy pork and cabbage dumplings -- have a steady fan base. And then there are the dry-fried wings, which belong on bar menus across America. The wings' assertive blend of sweet-salty caramel, garlicky and spicy, is so irresistible, they appear on almost every table.
