SF Weekly's Description

CLOSED Fans of Sean O'Brien's seasonal new American cooking at the now-closed S.F. hot spot Myth should follow him to Zinnia, where some of his signature dishes (pasta in foie gras cream with maitake mushrooms, seared potato gnocchi) star on the concise but tempting menu. The pastas and fish dishes are offered in full or half portions, opening up additional possibilities for constructing an exciting meal. The market-driven menu changes frequently; you might find gently seared salmon in a saffron sauce, or braised short ribs, as well as a hefty steak served with thin fries. Multi-ingredient desserts might include a chocolate assortment featuring a parfait cake, sorbet, custard, and cookie; or a frozen citrus souffle with kumquats and basil oil. There's an interesting wine list, with wines by the glass available in half or full sizes.
