SF Weekly's Description

This glitzy, cream-and-gold restaurant on the fourth floor of Neiman Marcus features great views (of Union Square below and the dazzling landmark stained-glass dome above) and thoroughly conceived, luxurious, pricey food in generous quantities. The traditional demitasse of chicken broth and massive popovers can be followed by Asian-inspired appetizers, large composed salads, or well-cooked, rich main courses. Afternoon tea is also available.

SF from way on top of Neiman Marcus, doesnt get any better. Ask for a table by the window, try a popover, drink & a delish lunch.Shopping with a buzz is so much fun :)
