SF Weekly's Description
This small, spare, modern spot features wonderful Japanese noodles (ramen, soba, udon) with a variety of toppings, from the expected (green onions and seaweed) to the more unusual (tororo ramen, topped with grated potato; spicy mabo ramen, with tofu and crumbled pork). The limited menu also offers simple sashimi and excellent tempura.
Tips from foursquare
If there's a wait, wait. It goes fast. Once you're seated, order some incredible noodles with their house-made pork broth. I think they're the best noodles in Japan Town.
Don't forget, they're closed on Tuesdays. Yelp and other sites don't seem to know that. Oh, miso ramen all the way!
and slurp any ramen
delicious fresh ramen and soba.
Best ramen I have found in San Francisco.
