Description

SF Weekly's Description

The industrial décor is very SOMA, but otherwise this place is an authentic French bistro, right down to the cheap, drinkable house wines. Have the prix fixe dinner: three courses (you choose them) for $32. Sensational pommes frites. Desserts need work, especially the tarte Tatin. Stick to the profiteroles.

excellent wines and the staff is tres magnifique! Live Gypsy Jazz on Thursday w/ the Tipsy Gypsy Trio. occasionally I sit in on fiddle!

Great ambience. Inexpensive price fixe menu. Amazing salmon, French onion soup, and apple tartine. BUT disappointing service. Wait despite having a reservation and not being crowded. VERY slow.

Try the salmon carpaccio - Very tasty salmon with just the right tartness. Good balance of mixed greens to salmon as well. (via @Foodspotting)

The heirloom tomato special is amazing!
